To Conduct the business of power energy, electrical, mechanical, metallurgical, chemical and civil engineers and consultants undertaking to execute contracts, to design plan, build, fabricate, maintain, repair, service, improve, machinery of all descriptions, automobiles, vehicles and work, control, manage, buy, sell, manufacture, repair, convert, alter, let or hire and deal in machinery, spare parts, implements, rolling stock, hardware of all kinds and to carry on any of the business which may seem to the company capable of being conveniently carried on in connection with above or otherwise calculated, directly of indirectly, to enhance the value of any of the company`s property and rights.

To tender, supply, arrange for the supply, enter into contract or other undertaking or sublet the contract when so required or requires in respect O production, manufacture, sale or to dispose of the same any goods or articles, spares and accessories and by products in pursuance of or carrying on the aforesaid business.

To establish maintain and manage automatic flour mills major & compact all sorts of food products as well as automatic.

To set-up or establish animal, dairy, poultry and fish feed making industry at suitable places as the company shall think fit.

To take assistance and support of ESF Unit ( Bangladesh Bank) and to provide/fulfill all of their requirements.

To stand as guarantor for the purpose of raising finance or otherwise render help to any private or public limited company either listed or non listed in which the Company has any interest by being shareholder and/or debenture holder and any other interest lawfully.

To undertake import of all kind” of machinery & equipment for tile complex and milk cow, callable-ox, cattle including federal. Fish meal, seed and plantation for Agriculture development.

To purchase and sell cattle and to under take the Work of beef fattening, packing, freezing, distribution for local market and abroad.

To import, Purchase milk, cow cattle, bull for cross breeding with foreign technical know- how and take the work of research beyond laboratory to provide service to the farmer at cheap rate.

To undertake the development or Fishery, fish, fish meal, Animal feed, Hatchery and Nursery with foreign technical know-how, export and distribute to the fanners at cheap price.

TO carry on the business with Government, Semi-Government, autonomous bodies, public and private sectors including local body or general contractors.

TO Setup plastic Factory/PVC Pipe Factory/ Sanitary Fitting Factory to meet local demand and supply.

TO Setup CNG station/ Petrol Pump as the company deem fit,

TO Setup Clinic/ Private hospital.

TO Setup mineral bottle water factory for marketing/ Supplying locally.

To Open/ setup ICT Village school and collage to disseminate IT education.

To provide agro based education (Agro Institute)

TO Setup/ establish for mineral bottle water factory for marketing and appoint dealers/agents for retail and whole Sellers.

This company can do any business lawfully in home and abroad.
